A Communal Kitchen that is dedicated to creating a welcoming and accessible space for the Red River College Polytech Paterson GlobalFoods Institute’s residents.

The Red River College Polytech PGI Communal Kitchen creates a central hub where residents can gather, cook, dine, and build connections. Designed to be accessible, the communal kitchen delivers an inclusive environment in which everyone can participate in activities alongside their peers. The project creates a new space to address the practical needs of users without kitchen facilities in their rooms. The new facility is designed as a residential-style kitchen, to create a warm, inviting, and home-like space for the residents.
